Customers in the United Kingdom have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the item, without providing any reason.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout, in accordance with UK consumer law.
Alternatively, customers may choose to receive store credit (digital gift card) as a faster option.
Store credit is optional and never mandatory.

- Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected
- Please note that banks or card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund
5. Non-Refundable Items
